Rob Vinson : Legal Counsel

Rob serves as legal counsel for the company. He developed the legal entity for Cert-A-Roof®, and continues to play a key role by creating all Franchise Agreements, by-laws and other critical documents. He will assist us with future transactions, mergers and acquisitions, licensing arrangements, international transactions, and special promotions.
Rob brings a wealth of experience to Cert-A-Roof®, as a business and franchise lawyer. With a core expertise in franchise and distribution law, he represents national franchise clients in connection with regulatory compliance matters and transactions. He is adept at working with a wide variety of businesses and formats, ranging in size from several units to several thousand units.
As a franchise lawyer, Rob is skilled at working with entrepreneurs and start-up companies and at implementing business expansion goals through franchising.
Rob is licensed to practice law in California and Texas, and maintains an active franchise practice for clients across the United States.
Before opening his own practice, Rob was a partner in the Franchise and Distribution Law Practice Group of Strasburger & Price law firm in Dallas.
As a legal expert, he has authored and presented papers at the International Franchise Association’s Annual Legal Symposium and at the IFA’s Houston Franchise Business Network.
He is also an active member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising.

Donovan L. Anderson : Advisor

As a member and advisor, Donovan brings his extensive experience in tax services, auditing, and financial consulting, including long-range business and retirement planning, and management services to Cert-A-Roof® International. His experience encompasses a broad range of industries including construction, manufacturing and distribution, transportation, professional services, retail stores and restaurants.
Donovan Anderson graduated in May 1989 from Chapman University in Orange, CA., with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in accounting. Donovan was actively involved in several on-campus organizations including holding the office of President in the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and President of the Interfraternity Council. Donovan was also listed in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities for 1988 and 1989 and received the honor of being nominated for the B.J. Oliver Award-Outstanding Senior Man.
Donovan Anderson holds a Certified Public Accounting certificate from the state of California. He is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). Donovan currently serves on the board of trustees for the Muckenthaler Cultural Center Foundation as the VP of Financial Management/Treasurer and is an active member of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce.
In April 2000, The National Registry of Who’s Who accepted Donovan Anderson, CPA in recognition of exemplary service, both to his community and to his profession.

Jon Kimbrell has owned and operated Kimbrell Insurance and Financial Services in Orange, California since 1982. He has specialized in business insurance for the past 15 years, finding a niche for construction risks. In fact from 1985-1989 his company insured over 25% of the independent elevator contractors in the state of California. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Jon worked in the construction industry as a general contractor.
Realizing his construction background would be an asset in the insurance business, Jon created his own agency, helping the spectrum of contractors from small handyman operations to large general contractors and everything in between. Jon handles liability, property, workers compensation, bonding, course of construction, product coverage, and health.
Jon recently purchased a Cert-A-Roof® franchise and is excited about parlaying his expertise in construction and insurance to this new endeavor.
