To become the foremost roof certification company, driven by our Core Values.
Ultimately, Cert-A-Roof® International envisions operating with 55 regions across the USA and six in Canada. Cert-A-Roof will be selling these regions to Regional Developers who will then develop the franchisees within their regions, yielding nearly 2600 franchise referral zones. Regional Developers would share in the revenues derived from the sale of franchisees and royalties. Each franchisee is united under the Cert-A-Roof® brand, providing high-quality roofing, inspection and certification services to the real estate community and property owners alike.
The National Roof Certification Association (NRCA) founded by Les Watrous, our founder, has been established not only to set the standards for roof certifications, but to certify those companies who meet those standards. The Board of Directors for the NRCA are from various parts of the United States and include top real estate brokers, attorneys, insurance brokers, banking and public relation members. A member of Cert-A-Roof will always be a member of this board. Les Watrous is the current Chairman of the Board. The NRCA is positioned to be the leading authority on roof certifications, setting the pre-requisites and qualification parameters. It is an independent education and lobbying organization that builds the case for roof certifications in all real estate transactions, creating access to the real estate community, local and state legislatures, courts, major lenders, and insurers. It provides the overall umbrella for communications coverage, educating real estate communities and the general public on their need to have a roof certification by an NRCA certified inspector.
