Very Good Experience
Our HOA hired Cert-A-Roof to perform a roof inspection, as our roof was approaching 20 years old. Scheduling was easy, and the inspector was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The inspection report was delivered promptly, indicating there was still life left in the roof but recommended skylight replacement and maintenance on some roof penetrations. Cert-A-Roof was very responsive to all of our concerns during finalization of the work contract. The skylights were acquired and delivered as promised. Communication between us and Cert-A-Roof was good as we had to work around some weather to get the work done. Initial skylight replacement and roof maintenance went well. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient. There turned out to be a minor issue with the installation of three skylights with respect to weather stripping. Cert-A-Roof was, again, very responsive to our concerns and resolved the issue very soon after being informed. Overall, the experience was very good, and we are a satisfied customer. We will definitely consider Cert-A-Roof when the roof needs replacement.

I had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Watrous this evening. He was highly recommended by a prestigious law firm. He not only answered my call personally but did so after business hours and listened to/validated my roof concerns. He immediately understood what I was trying to convey and delved further into things that I had not considered. Over half an hour went by before I realized because Mr. Watrous was concerned about my issue and how to help me; moreover, appease my worry. To meet someone with such extraordinary skill/knowledge (in any industry!) who is willing to share it is rare. I would have been happy to pay for his time but Mr. Watrous politely refused payment. Who does that? Cert-A-Roof will forever be my roof inspection, certification, repair and re-roof company of choice!
